  Our first time time at Pets at Home Rochdale today (usually go to the Elk Mill store) - what a fantastic experience! It was our pup's first day out and we visited the store with him to buy a car seat harness and a control lead. Daniel came over to check we were ok and was helpful from that second. He fitted the harness onto our pup, and the control lead to ensure they were both the right sizes, he showed us how to fit them and how they worked, he offered advice and had so much time for our many questions. He was brilliant with our puppy and we could tell he is fantastic at his job. I would come back to the store and recommend to other pet owners based on this visit. Thanks so much for a great and helpful visit :-):-) there was also a girl from the grooming room who was great with him and played with him whilst we paid, but I didn't get her name! Both a credit to the store
