- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On two separate occasions, staff are absent from the Estee Lauder counter in Rochdale leaving you to ask help from other counters, who don't really seem interested! You go to the Manchester counter, the staff are happy smiley and chatty, they go out of their way to give you free samples, advice about new products. Every time, I purchase my double wear foundation, which is roughly every 6 weeks, I ask about new products/samples as I always like to try new products.....either the staff don't have the knowledge or can't be bothered.....unlike the staff in Manchester, like breath of fresh air.......... Third time shocking service from the same member of staff.....on the same EL counter why do I keep coming here 15th July 2017. Actually rang head office today!!!!
